We had a rare snow day on Monday. The weather here is much milder than it was in Chicago or Cleveland. They don't get much snow, and it doesn't get as cold. In fact, it reminds me a little of back home. A few weeks ago, there was supposed to be a big blizzard and everything closed (schools, libraries, etc). It ended up being just a few flurries that quickly turned to rain.
Anyway, we finally did get a little snow and it was warm enough that we were able to play in it.
She attempted her first snowman. The snow wasn't very sticky, so it was difficult, but we were able to make a (pretty bad) small one:
We spent the rest of the day inside painting:
